This is a great little beginner helicopter, the shipping was fast it came to BC Canada in just 2 weeks the box was a little damaged but everything inside was in perfect condition. I'd recommend it.

ThomasKx2 I plan on getting one for my next helli, I have the 119 and it's great the one thing about these comment pages is there's always somebody who had a bad experience. So far these helicopters are durable and fun to fly.

I got the 3 battery version and im shocked with how forgiving the helicopter has been. I'm well versed in RC cars, and have flown 2,3 and 4 channel coaxial helicopters. but I wanted a single rotor with a swashplate. this fit the bill perfectly. I checked the batteries voltage when they arrived at 7.7-7.8 volts, this is a safe voltage to be shipped and stored at, thats a great thing. the heat sink seems to fit snugly and works well, it looks like there's multiple mounting points for the motor,, perhaps this is to adjust gear ratio with different pinion gears? the radio takes 4 AAA batteries, very nice. it fits well in my medium sized hands. this is a durable and swift helicopter. I have crashed it an uncountable number of times in to metal, concrete, and plastic objects and I only broke the tail propeller when I accidentally backed it into the garage door. im absolutely flabbergasted its taken this much abuse. its a blast to fly. would buy again.

ThomasKx2 Yes, but if your TX16 comes with elrs you will need a multi protocol module like the iRanger irx4.

it came really fast and now I've had it for a while it's a lot of fun learning to fly FPV and I'd recommend this kit to anyone who wants see if they like FPV before spending lots of money.

Great little truck it's very fast, I just wish I would have gotten more batteries for it. The body seems a little flimsy, we rolled it a few times and it's still ok. We'll be jumping it next 👍👍

ThomasKx2 How did the upgraded 1500 mAh battery work with the truck, no over heating or other drawbacks? I'm looking to upgrade too.

Purchased this truck for my 4 year old and it's great for kids. There are 2 issues that I noticed right away. First the battery is a joke. why do they supply a 900mah battery? It doesn't last longer then 10min. In picture you can see I purchased a 2s 1500 mah. There is an immediate power difference. However it doesn't fit so I have to tape it in place. I also converted it to a deans plug. The second thing I noticed is the wheels become loose and pop off. they are just held on by a little screw. So I had to put lock nut glue on all of them. Time will tell if it will survive my 4 year Olds brutal treatment but in the mean time it's plenty fast enough and it's a good little basher.

ThomasKx2 How big a battery did you order as a replacement? How did the truck run with the new one?

Amazing little basher for the money, bit twitchy but goes really well and can take a massive hit unscathed. Adjustable speed is good for younger kids to limit ankle damage! At the price point good for the kids to learn before I let them loose on the bigger stuff, only complaint is the 900mh battery which dosent last long. I have ordered a bigger lipo for longer run time.
