pumpkinhead959 It does include the pdb with 5v and 9v regulator but not with the flight controller. It can handle 4s as well.

MattyF87 I'm asking 3s Lipo 1300mah and 4s 1300mah will it handle it. don't want to buy new batterys as I have lots of 1300mah 4s and 3s lipos
