If you NEED to use the MAG... only use 1.9.1 firmware!!! i upgradet it to 2.0.0 and when i rotate the board (yaw) to the left, the heading goes to the right....i have tried all setting about the mag alignment and it didnt work well..... so, after days of struggling, change settings.. and a lot of testflights (Position Hold Test) always on any setting there was 1 direction where the PH worked..... tommorow i will do a testflight. First i had 1 fc on my plane, that is flying very good now. RTH works great! but i was also struggling there wit the MAG problems, when i tilt the fc it yaws to the left...so BG has send me a new board (i had to pay a little amount.... no problem, that was becasue i couldnt tell if the board was not good or... it was the software/settings......so, DO NOT UPGRADE, IF YOU HAVE TO FLASH THE BOARD AGAIN, CHOOSE THE 1.9.1 version firmware!!!..... newer is not always better!!! ... and... if something is good, do not change it!! -:)
