For the money, this is a good little watch. I have had it for a week now and can provide some honest feedback. The watch itself is pretty intuitive. It is a little heavy and I have found the band to be comfortable(ish) on my wrist. If find I tend to loosen and tighten the band multiple times through the day trying to make it comfortable. The heartrate, blood pressure, and dissolved oxygen readings seem to be pretty good 'ballpark' readings. I wouldn't rely on this for health reasons, but it seems to give you a good enough reading. The steps reading does not seem accurate at all. I have found that it tallied me peeling potatoes as steps (must have been the hand/arm motion) and I have managed to rack up around 2000 steps today while sitting at my desk working on the computer. (I admit I may tend to move my arms around a bit and tap on the desk some, but not excessively) I have found the ability to skip songs in my playlist on my phone using the watch screen to be useful. I tried the function that allows you to use your watch as a speakerphone and found the microphone is not very good and the caller finds it difficult to hear you speaking clearly. I have disabled this functionality. I have not tried out the sleep function as I do not find the watch comfortable enough to wear 24/7. The battery life of the watch is excellent. I got almost a week between charges, though I do turn it off at night. The app that you are directed to for this watch pairs nicely and works well. The app does not seem to share information well with other fitness apps, but honestly this is a bit of a toy as I figure out if I need/have use of a dedicated fitness tracker. I have also found the watch does not pair with the nordic track treadmill we have, which is a shame as that is the main reason I got the watch. On the whole, it is a good device for the price. A bit of novelty, but it does function and provides the feedback desired.

Q: Does this run on 24v or 12v. The power supply blew and claims its 24v. On opening we saw how bodgy the contence looked. Random cut wires, a normal power supply plug just radomly inside and not being used just pushed out the way and rewired. So im not sure i believe the 24v claim. Does this run on 12v or 24v so i can wire up a different power supply for the mechine.

thescienceguy From what I have been able determine the machine runs on 12volts, but to get the best results from the spindle you need 24 volts. (I believe I read the spindle works on 12V-36V, but the voltage determines the max rpm). I have tested the machine on 12V and the stepper motors work.

Good deal for these buffing wheels. I use them to polish up the edges of laser cut wood. Good quality, not too sure about the identified abrasiveness. They all seem to be roughly the same for my purposes. Much better value than the Dremel ones I had been purchasing for about the same price for only 2 buff wheels.
