Q: In questions you tell a client its 1 year warranty however in the sale it staes 3 years for the pro and 1 year for regular (other) version, so how long is it ? and when it fails, how does it work ? do i have to send the projector to china ?

Sandy Different mode different warranty. If you need the fails, you can contact our customer service, if the projector cant not work, they will give you the solution
