used this abit now . it works great . i bought a 20,000mah battery elsewhere, a bit heavy but I'd say minimum size . on full it probably last 2 hours. i drop to blue light , and possibly 5 hrs which is enough for me. i bought 4xl id call that large / xlarge ,so buy big. i love the neck heat. i am happy with this
