fed it 12v and it blew the mosfet straight away lol, probably should have kept it a bit lower but oh well.

Works well, took some tinkering to get it to fit up to the coil supplied but I got there. If you're buying I'd reccomend getting a radiator, pump and resivour for water cooling the coil. It won't passively cool and you'll overheat it.

fantastic, so much fun. works brilliant. the smaller red wire works great with 2 turns around the secondary coil. lights up an entire fluoro tube and the music playing function is really cool.

they work, haven't done much with them yet. but they work and the leads are potted in on the side of the module which is a nice touch to prevent wire breakage.

Not going to lie, for the price I didn't expect anything stellar. I'm pleasantly surprised how good this is, works great as a signal generator, scope and a meter. My only complaint is the scopes interface is a bit confusing and takes a hot minute to figure out. Other than that, it's decent quality. No sharp edges on the plastic body, the probes and leads all have decent quality higher temp rated insulation and are nice and sharp to pierce wired for probing. I'm a heavy diesel mechanic from Australia 🇦🇺 and have used it for a multitude of electrical diagnosis, most commonly failing alternators with great success. Didn't feel inclined to fork out the potential thousands for a fluke handheld scope meter. This certainly excels at doing the job for the price point and has already paid for itself tenfold. It would be great if it came with its only carry bag/case, but for the price I can live with it.
