received it a few a days ago. windows was activated and boots straight into desktop upon startup. 1st, i did a drivers backup then i factory reset and had to reinstall windows via usb thumbdrive loaded with win10 x64 through windows media creation tool. i reinstalled 2 drivers from backup then installed latest amd drivers. i cant remember if it was before reinstalling windows or after but i kept getting random freezes in windows followed by bluescreen of whea uncorrectable error be it whether i am doing something or nothing in windows. this lessens when playing sims 4 but still occurs. after bluescreen and restarting, the pc reboots into uefi shell where you have to type exit to reboot into bios where under boot options, the ssd has disappeared and only uefi boot is available! a power off and on brings back ssd but with uefi boot as top boot option which boots into uefi shell where you have to type exit once or a few times to boot into windows. i ran chkdsk, memory diagnostics, intel ssd check, 6 passes of memtest86, plug out each ram stick and ran on each ram in 1 slot and could boot into windows without issue. at this point, it is a really nifty little PC but the bluescreens are getting really annoying. reinstalling windows may have messed up what the pc makers intended with uefi shell and windows but at this point having reinstalled windows, I do not know if I have any way to revert back as I had deleted windows.old folder. there's no website for drivers, windows iso disk or whatsoever. online french youtuber showed that there could be 1 ram slot failure as well so watch out for that. any comments would be welcomed to help me out thanks.

UK_David Maybe start with checking the memory? Perhaps try using one stick at a time, then swapping, to see if bluescreen occurs?
