Nice inexpensive heat lamp for pet enclosures. NOTE to fellow USA customers... These are 220v which means you need to order double the wattage you want to get the same light/heat at 110v. I forgot or didn't notice this and ordered 25w and they are dim and only operating at about 12 watts, so I should have ordered 50w. Just something to note when buying anything electrical overseas. The bulbs are labeled correctly for the market they were intended for.

Q: I but batteries in and it will not power on, but it powers up with usb power. But you can't use it plugged into USB. Also the camera points straight ahead, so all u see is the visitor's waist.

chaplm Have you used the correct type of batteries. They shoud be 18650 'pointed head' batteries. Flat head will not work! Can I suggest you raise the camera to a higher, more appropriate position.

Q: the doorbell, not the ding dong, can work with AC input and what are the specs? how it is connected with the AC through the screws on the bracket?

shahram72 There are no wired included or slide connectors on the bracket. How are you connecting this to the power at the doorbell?

Q: I see 2 screw holes for the DC voltage needed at the doorbell unit, but how do I wire it? There should be slide contacts between the doorbell and bracket and screw terminals on the bracket. This is an incomplete product. Using batteries is stupid when there is power right there. It arrived and I can't use it.
