Fredrik Jansson Dependsentirely on what drive you are using. Essentially I am getting close to 500mbs read and write from this device with a Sandisk M2 SATA drive using CrystalDiskMark.

Fredrik Jansson No, the USB C inputs are simply only acting as a basic switch+hub for regular USB devices.

Fredrik Jansson I'dsuggest washing it in the shower with some shower gel, does absolute wonders and it looks like brand new again.
