overall a nice product but unfortunately the first port didn't have rumble. after taking it apart and looking at the pinout of the controller I was able to identify that there was no voltage for the rumble motor on that port due to a fabrication error. I just resoldered the connector and now everything works fine.

really nice headphones the audio quality is good but not great. I wouldn't buy this my main audio experience but for for exercise or walking there really good. I would rate the audio Quality a 6 on a scale of 10. overall a really nice design and really comfortable.
