I i put this here because it related to the story I ordered 8 item from BangGood. They came in 2 packages from 2 suppliers. The to packages came at the same time. The to packages came together and the mail man put them in my mailbox.7 of the items are fine but the 30cm Multifunctional PCB Ruler broke.I think the ruler should have been sent separately and raped in plastic bubble wrap because it broke. i contacted BangGood and sent them a picture and told them how it broke. i also told them it is cold here to. customer service email me with an apology and a offer of 500 bg points. I ask the BangGood representative If i accept the points, then do i have to pay for a new ruler? I never got an answer i got a question Do you want a full refund for the ruler i took the refund. BangGood ask me to do a review. I do a lot of shopping on BangGood and over a mouth BangGood has over 1 million orders that well over $1 000 000 in sales and their produce are not the cheapest. Think about it if you price something and then you give lots of discounts like bg points and coupons and after all that still make a profit your produce are not the cheaper. i know where i can get a ruler to $0.50 cent cheaper then at BangGood. 1. I think you need to ship thing in secure packaging and thing like rulers maybe shipped separately. 2. Most important customer service must be number 1. people will stay with a company with great service. 3. fix your tracking it is terrible. so far i had 29 difference order over a 5 month period and of the 14 that are tractable witch i was force to pay for i knew when 2 wear going to be delivered. why do i have to be forced to pay for tracking? BangGood look at my tracking it doesn't make sense. even for this order send me an email i give you the order number. ok let's wrap this up. i will give you 2 stars delivery, tracking and customer service can be better

toddphillips201877 thePoint are 0.51 mm . I am not a scientist but i think you can use them in your lab.
