Pat&Don Trouble Shooting "101" --- What are you Doing???? -- Try This 1) turn everything off. then remove all traces of software from the computer and re install software. 2) if that does not work > try it on another computer. ***** >and use a different USB cable 3) when power up press red reset button. That should get the laser to work. Try these procedures first as ground level steps so everyone can be on the same page. If the unit does not work and does not Light up, then send it back for replacement. Regards
