BG115121815 Make sure its properly seated. I had the same issue. I popped it in until you hear a click, rotate the prop half rotation and then press it again. it should make it properly seated.

BG252117616 Just take two 2S, one 3S or one 4S LIPO. You can find them on different shops on- or offline. I did get two 2S LIPOS from Carson with 4500mAh for 25 bucks each.

BG252117616 Battery can be used from 2S - 4S Doesn’t leak much if the propshaft is well lubricated Every motor can be changed. You need to find the fastest prop for yourself.

BG252117616 No, its only driving forward as a lot of speddboats. The ESC is built for one way.

BG252117616 Didn’t try it yet. It says Waterproof, so it should work, but I think the fan would ware out early. You can be sure that it works at least once. 😃
