the item was delivered quickly. The package was in good condition and the item was well protected inside. setting it up was really quick and everything works almost out of the box. installation was without any problems and drivers are good, yet, the software is craving for a major update and although it is let's say very user-friendly its features are buggy and not working as they should. the engraving was better than I expected, the laser is very precise and the final image quality is astonishing. I recommend this product if you are not a professional user and you are going to use it at home or your personal workshop for making great custom made items for yourself your family and friends.

the item came in a good condition, packaging might be better because the protective box might get damaged in transport. item works better than expected and it seems quality built, it comes with the battery so it is out of a box solution (no need to purchase batteries before first use). shipping was slower than expected.

it took a month to arrive, product came in a BG envelope without any phisical damage. The product comes with the instructions and without batteries (2x aaa) the First test shows the product is working but it requires further testing.
