Difficult to use else than win XP. Because of the driver. We use 32 buts driver on XP and the 64 bits for win10 do not work for us. Thanks any way.

Value for money product good quality and hardware. BUT: No manual inside box!!! No code.No manual in Digoo site. In site is just a generic PDF for Dg camera products and for the cloud app. I use my fantasy to make this product to work. Software app is very poor for this product. Cloud storage is working it is paid but is slow and practical useless. I ll try to use it with another software.
