SNFF Hi there... It happened something like that to me. And the way that i found to solve that was resetting all and start from the beginning.

Periss I can get a connection with 3rd party apps over ethernet but not with the recommended app, wifi doesn't work at all

dermo Hi, When connecting to the internet use the supplied ethernet cable to set up, once connected you can disconnect the the cable and select wifi connection in the menu within the app. I am using the YCC365plus app and have no trouble. dont forget to scan the bar code located on the camera when prompted.
