did really know what to expect. looking at the pictures I thought the plates where going to do some massaging. well it doesn't, it uses electric "shocks" the massage the muscle. there are different modes and intensity settings. in the mode carousel there is only one setting I like less the others are great. you can also use external pads (included) if you want to target a specific muscle or different part of your body. the contact with the pads is better then when using the massager it self. it's recommended to damp your skin a bit before using the massager for better contact between the metal plates and your skin. the term 'hot' in the title has nothing to do with temperature!

from the 8 batteries ordered 1 doesn't fit the charger. they are at the maximum physical dimensions of the 18650 ( maybe even over it). the top of the battery (button side) isn't flat, and the batteries only fit my charger from the "low" side first. I don't have the capacity tested so no conclusions about that.

the internal batteries are easy replaceable. i charged them in my external charger because it seemed that they where completely drained. the sensor has more the 3 meters range. the led panels give a lot of light.

Great light output. Haven't tested a long run. The small light on the back will not be very visible in real life but you dont have to use it. I dont know if the micro-usb can be used for charging (no instructions supplied) but i have a separate charger for the 18650 batteries.
