oaudooren Canyou give details of the chipset of the 2 NIC's? And Speed. I would consider buying one to use as a firewall

So far it looks ok. Was a bit difficult installing Linux as you need a 5.18 or later kernel to support the graphic chip. As of May 2023 most distros use an older kernel. With the latest Linux Mint a suitable kernel is available thru the Update Manager, under the View->Linux Kernels. Once that was done everything appears to work as expected.

Paul Alexander It's not completely silent as there is a small whirring sound like a drive when put on a desk but it's silent enough.
