Desertrob 1”x 4” it doesn’t need a larger battery. Trust me it is fast enough. Once you are able to control it one will be unbeatable.

BG144613151 Which servo did you use?

Took forever to actually ship, but once it did I got it quickly. Super happy with this rig thus far. Already upgraded the servo and tires and have ordered additional metal parts to ensure a reliable and rugged long-running machine. Managed to break the roof on the first day, so I removed it. Honestly, I like the look without it. Have also ordered the wing as well as the wheelie bar to see which look I prefer. Parts are inexpensive here on Banggood so upgrades are easy and fun!

BG144613151 Thanksfor the detailed description of the battery compartment. Should be on all spec sheets.

The delivery was fast and quicker than usual. I got the green one with the rear wing and if it does wheel stands I will have to make a wheelie bar mount for it with my 3D Printer and I have found that the wheels that a 3D Printer uses are great for a wheelie bar as they have bearings in them. The wheels are 2.2 inch 56mm Beadlock rims with a .4735 inch 12mm hex that are 1.7 inches 44mm wide. The tyres are 4.9 inches 125mm high and 2.1 inches 54mm wide. In the car the battery tray uses a plastic brace that uses body clips to hold the battery in place. It can hold the 11.1v 3300mAh 35c battery that is 139mm long 47mm wide and 25mm wide. There is no easy way for it to be made much bigger than that without affecting the steering arm movement or hitting the motor mount in it unless making slots in the battery mounts to use a battery strap for a wider battery placed on its side. The maximum space you could possibly use would be 139mm long 50mm high and 33mm wide.
