elchal-li OK, my son and I have finaly mounted the radio and everything worked from the first moment. I had to adjust the trimmer and L1 to get the correct frequency range. Both devices are very very sensitive to movements, so be gentle. Note: Do not mount the main PCB to the box and the tunning wheel, until you have adjusted the range, or you will have to dismount them to do it. We are very satisfied. This is just for learning some electronics and have fun for a few bucks.

The kit comes well packed, everything inside the final housing and all protected in foam and plastic bag. Had a look to the components and feel the kit itself does not seem to be difficult to assemble, but I did not start to do it yet, perhaps I will do it this weekend with my son, and hope the radio works. I think I did well to buy the little smd module already mounted. The technology is very modern,
