dale update tried to solder it myself no good... if you do buy one of these you need to open up the device and put glue on the usb connector so that it doesn't snap off the main circuit board so easily. glue each side down to the circuit board.

items works really well however 2 weeks in the usb connector snapped off internally and now it doesn't work i'll have to see if i can solder it/ fix it but it is a very weak connector.
