Paddy Hi Nmousios, I bought the very same unit, and it comes with a 5 volt power unit. Dont know why you are not getting the power supply with yours. I suggest you contact customer support. If you cant get this sorted, then you will need to buy a power supply unit with a 5volt output.

Paddy Hello, If you set it to mode 1 , and it only comes on with the PIR sensor, it would last up to two weeks in a normal situation. It would only come on when its dark enough to trigger sensor. In mode two or three, the light remains on full time. Possible only 24 to 36 hours.

Paddy Hi, you need to buy an hardrive for the DVR. I would recommend at least 1 TB. Make sure its a HD for cctv, as the one for your PC is not the best, simply because they are not designed to run 24 hours seven days a week. You can use any type of monitor. I have been using this system now for the past two years, and its the best for such a small price. Pat.

Paddy These cameras have digital zoom, meaning you can zoom on your mobile phone. I have never found that not to work for me. You can use the zoom as you would when you are zooming in on photos on your mobile for instance, by using two fingers to zoom in on a picture. That is also done when using your mobile to view your cctv cameras.

Paddy Hi, if you are are using it as a stand alone camera. It's best to use the Icsee application for the camera. It is different if you are connecting it to the the Hiseeu DVR,and using a network cable. But if not then stick with the application that it comes with the camera. Pat.
