Sillas4765 Just let the app scan for your device and then click on it, to allow the camera to scan the QR code from the app to establish the connection. otherwise you can use the scan button in the app, to scan the qr code on the bottom of the camera.

Sillas4765 Unfortunately yes, mine does this too, due to changing from normal to night vision. I don't think there is a fix, even if you set the alert sensitivity to low. I have had the same issue with other cameras in the past.
