It is a good lamp overall and I recommend it. It's not waterproof since there is no gasket around the lenses or the back cover. It may be water resistant. Anyway the seller doesn't say waterproof. The XPE led lens is a TIR type (total internal reflection) which makes it great for long distance concentrated light beam. I'm giving it 4 stars because I had to undo the lamp to clean some plastic flakes that were clogging the XPE led and creating weird light pattern when shon.

it doesn't come with a battery. the light is powerful but you need to by a lithium battery No.18650 that will fit. not worth the purchase unless you already have the battery or plan on buying one

This is a very good flashlight. The weak point of this product is the swivel joint, which weakens over time and the lamp shines downward.
