The product works perfectly, with water. Don't use essential oils, it will crack the plastic.

Funziona perfettamente, bisogna aspettare qualche minuto dopo aver messo l'acqua prima di accenderlo per dare il tempo al cilindro sotto il coperchio di riempirsi. Provato anche con essenze naturali, tutto ok.

I purchased this for my wife who travels. she said the plug pushed in. I took it apart and sure enough the usb connector has broken right off the board. I thought it would be an easy fix.
