- took 22 days to ship to Canada. - used appropriate plastic bag for shipping. - even though I have size 12 men's USA feet i can feel the electric current just fine via my Tens NeuroTrac device even though the rubber pads are only appropriately 9.5" long and appropriately 3" wide; see my pictures on how to set it up. - the rubber itself is made of good quality and very flexible - the pads work very very well!! I don't have a Dr Ho unit but it works just as good with my NeuroTrac device. I can feel the contractions all the way up into my calfs where I need it the most. - if you have an IQ Massager device as we do the plug that came with the pads will not fit into it
