The specifications for the item are accurate. The one I tested pulls 46mA at 14.00 V. It hardly gets warm. The color temperature seems cool probably closer to 7000K. It's not the brightest LED of this size I've seen but it's enough to light a license plate. The advantage of this bulb is its generous diffuser which results in a nice clean even throw of light 360 degrees around 180 degrees from the base. Another advantage is that the LED itself is sealed inside the diffuser and the diffuser is sealed to the base making it weatherproof. Many T10 bulbs leave the SMDs exposed not weatherproof so they will break much easier than this item.
