when I hook up reverse cameras, I only use one power source, reverse light power, tap into positive and negative of reverse light. do not use any other method.
ignore the confusing picture that banggood put up.
it only needs reverse light power to power the camera, which also triggers the unit to auto switch to reverse camera, should do anyways.
obviously you have the unit working, just make sure you plug the camera extension cable into the "reverse camera" av input.
if this does not solve your problem either the camera or the unit is faulty.
check and double check your wiring.
if your reverse camera has lights, you should be able to see them turn on when you put your car into reverse even when it's not running, as long as ignition is on. that's the most basic way to check if you've wired it up correctly.
