the packaging is great. everything seems to be packaged nicely. Every part of the machine is metal and looks professional. overall it looks like it's going to be a great machine. I'm excited to try it 🤗

Very fast delivery - received much earlier than expected. Assembling the engraver was very easy and fast. Struggled a little with the software but got it sorted and did my first engraving - very satisfied!!!
