Also wanted to ask you do you plan improving the shipping policies and procedures. I've had some cases where items do not arrive within the time frame promoted by banggood and then speaking to your customer service becomes a hustle as they are telling to wait more WEEKS and be patient .. I know you are dependent on posts and 3rd parties, but is there anything you plan to improve in that direction? Probably sending all goods with tracking by default, or something else?
