Q: I have had this item from you, I bought it to cover the MG range but I noticed when I came to use it for the first time to sort out a fault the unit does not do the SAIC MG car range, do you know if it does, if so what option would I use ? This is a problem if it cannot be used for these cars, the Morris Garages vehicles, MG6, MG GS models I was trying to use it on !

Item came packaged well, looks like a good product, just have to wait for a problem to resolve.

I purchased this item, set it all up, sorted the fuel out, sorted the power supply out, then turned it on, it was ok until I came to use the remote control that came with the unit, put the correct batteries in but the remote would not communicate with the unit, so I do not know if the unit is faulty or the remote control, so I sent a request to the seller to see what they can do, but now it has fuel in it it would be a bit difficult to return it for repair, then of course you are without a heater while the problem is sorted out !

The product was ok but the way it was sent to me was a disgrace, the whole package was smashed and squashed, the camera was what stopped it being crushed further. I hope it does not cause an issue with the goods working properly.

Just had posted, works well, good visibility, quick reaction, a little cheaply made as mostly plastic which does not work well with heat or sparks, could have done with a strap to stop falling off the face while bending forward. But for the money they are worth that amount

All was ok but the polystyrene packaging was smashed up in the box and the blades were loose at the top of the box, looked like an item that had been returned as the plastic protective packaging was off the motor unit, but the package was complete, so I hope it works well. I do feel the size of the pole bracket should be made clear.

Craig Thank you for your reply, I have built and installed the turbine, I must say it does not perform as stated, I have it linked to a 12 Volt battery via the control unit, I have also watched the power output, I have noticed that the unit does not meet the parameters as advertised, it did not push out more than 9 Volts and the battery slowly ran out of power and could not get back up to 12 Volts, I tried a 300 watt heater through a 12 volt to 240 volt inverter, within minutes the inverter alarm was setting off and the 300 watt heater was running intermittently, so I would say the item is not as advertised or there is an issue.

Solar Panel works well, but controller does not charge items from the LCD control panel to charge mobile phones, so not sure why, all instructions followed, occasionally control unit starts randomly flickering over menu and giving out different voltages to the outlet feed points !

A little smaller than the picture makes them look and no way near as bright, but make sure you are charging them by the Sun before you put them up, but build quality looks OK anyway.

Looks good, easy to use, but the stitching is weak on the ends of the umbrella which hold the fabric to the frame, but a good bit of kit.

Waited a long time for the phone, then it was out of stock, spoke to the Banggood team a couple of times, told I could cancel but I was not happy as I ordered when in stock, so waited again as I had purchased when an offer was on and the price had increased, so eventually after waiting Months it came, I hope is is OK as there was not much protective packaging on it and the delivery company left it under a bench in my garden ! So that was not a good purchase as it was supposed to be for a Xmas Present and was ordered before xmas but was delivered on 15 Jan 2022.
