Q: The bottom plate they show in the picture isn't the Novice-III bottom plate. Does anyone know what bottom plate they are using? I've been looking for a 3" frame that can take a whoop style flight controller and has a ridgid top plate.

Q: So I see if takes a 30 second shot..is it consecutive 30 second shots...if I put it on a drone will it record the entire flight..30 seconds at a time..is this the way it works.

JohnnyCanada Just a minor point...FPV mode seems to record "up to 5 minutes". I sometimes get 5, sometimes 4, usually more than 3. This on an always fully charged and room temperature (to start) camera. If I was to put numbers on it I would say I get 5 minutes about 40% of the time, I get over 3 minutes 95% of the time. This is with the latest firmware, prior to this firmware I got 5 minutes almost 100% of the time so I suspect the latest firmware has intruduced this (either on purpose or mistakenly).

JohnnyCanada If the holes are -ve (gnd) on this board (I haven`t checked mine) I`m guessing this person was actually thinking htat he was commenting on the racerstar AIO F3 board (starf3s) which does have ve to the mounting holes. I will double check mine before assembling just to be sure that they are gnd.

There are two issues with this board you must be aware of: 1. The board runs positive rather than negative throughout the surface points and mounting holes. This is critical as you cannot use metal attachments for this or else you will short out any other board that it is fastened with. 2. The capacitor on the lower right side breaks off easily. This has happened on multiple boards and it seems to always be the same cap. Add extra solder if you can or some really strong glue.

Nothing bad but nothing special on this one. I cannot feel any difference on the performance. Hope the quality will come out in the distance.
