When i connected the power cable of the soldering iron, the led started to flicker and stopped after a short time. But the soldering iron did not heat up enough to melt solder, regardless of the position of the regulator. not even after half an hour. I have tried selveral days with no success Then I removed the electronics and connected the heating element directly to the power cable That worked during 2 solder jobs and now the heating element has failed.

Please, I would appreciate if you explain to me where is the plate that goes in the middle, where the toroid is connected to the integrated one. The plate is incomplete and it does not help me. What I'm doing to get what I need. I would appreciate answering me, as soon as possible, because I am very angry and I feel cheated. Simply the best soldering iron ive ever had!! Highly recommended!! Doesn't come with a power supply, so get a 24v one if you can. Can also be driven by lipo batteries on the field after this firmware upgrade! Get the best firmware upgrade from here: https://github.com/Ralim/ts100

Don't have any complaints except that there were some scratch marks on one of the parts. It's not a big deal though. frame seems to hold well. Don't forget to plan everything first before start soldering stuff!

Comes handy when connecting Flight Controller, PDB and ESC (If you have a 4 in 1 ESC for example) to the Frame. They are Nylon so don't have to worry about short-circuiting.
