As advertised. Decent quality, it fits nicely in the hot shoe of my Nikon D3300 and it is strong enough to hold without failing my redmi 6 on top of my camera (I use OTG with it and the camera because D3300 doesn't offer a flip screen for selfies or very close to the ground photos).

After a weeks work the laminator's heat rollers melted. The machine is now totally useless. I have tried to contact Banggood 3 times over the past few weeks to ask for a replacement or my money back under the warranty but they do not reply.

The product is fine and as advertised. The base is fitting nicely and securely in the flash's hotshoe in my nikon d3300 and thanks to the screw hole on the back I can use my phone as a second monitor looking upward. The phone holder can be used in any standard photography equipment like for example in tripods.

Very well packaged, they really kept in mind how bad couriers handle the packs. So the external package was not in very good condition but thanks to the inside foam like package there was no damage on anything. There was a small delay in shipping but I was informed about this from banggood and really it wasn't a big deal and communication for the matter was fast and clear. After the shipment I got the package really fast, given the pandemic circumstances, it took 5 days to arrive in Greece and then another five to reach my city (Greek couriers have a meltdown at the moment, normally it could be just one day). Assemble was really easy, I mean if you have ever assembled anything from IKEA or similar furniture stores you will not have any problem with it. The assemble manual was straight forward and every step had a labeled pack of screws etc. The only thing I didn't understood is how tight I have to get that rubber rails, I hope I didn't got them very tight. Installation manual is not included and you need to get it by other means through the internet or the company's support. Once I got this the PDF was really well written and helped me to go step by step and start with lightGRBL. The best part is that I managed to install this on a windows XP old netbook that I already use for a vinyl cutter and it works as advertised. Despite the machine not having it's own CPU and needing to do all the calculations on the host computer the computing power that is required is really not much, as I managed to run on that old netbook with some terrible intel atom and 2GB of RAM without hitting any limits. I will see how it will fare with bigger bitmaps later on however. So far I have only done engraving, cutting through wood need some more trial and error because of the different woods I have available to me. But from what I have seen on videos it is doable for up to 3-4mm of soft wood, I will keep trying to nail the right configuration for my woods.

Decent quality plastic, good hold of the device, fit nicely in my tripods. There is rubber where it hold the phone so it keep it in place securely and avoids damage.
