Received in good physical condition, but this particular unit only really begins to receive from around 550khz. Below 30mhz it is pathetic where it comes to reception (Tested on 300ft Longwire, 40m inverted V, 10/15/20/40m Center loaded vertical antenna) In the vhf/uhf bands it appears reasonably ok, leading me to believe that this specific unit might be faulty (a return ticket has been opened).. Build quality is reasonable, but a little more attention could be paid to the antenna sockets, they have no support from the casing, all support is from the pc board itself - Beware of damage from an accidental tug on the cable!

These are of adequate quality for the price - I have found the connection points a little "soft" for crimping, so on my installations I have crimped and soft-soldered the wires into place... No problems with conductivity and mechanical strength after this has been done!

Works fine on Linux, but, take care, depending on your application, buffer errors can arise if you push the comms rate too high!!

CH340 family USB to Serial ports are indeed supported by many versions of Windows and Linux - No problems were experienced on either platform once the correct drivers were located and installed - Even though they were advertised initially as not being supported by Windoze!

The connector plates tend to be a little soft - Do not expect longevity with these proto boards - They are cheap enough though, to replace after a little while should you be a little rough on them!!

This works nicely on a 48V Battery bank with 30A of panels connected.... So far the operation has been satisfactory, and interesting to note is the fact that the mppt seems a little more responsive than that on my solar inverter - This unit, although not having a "pretty" face, or even a nicely molded plastic case, does way better than I expected it to!

Small, discreet, stylish and functional! They work well when used within their specified parameters, being as small as they are, they are easy to conceal with minimal effort. I have had very few "false alarms" with the units I have installed, something that is important for a home security monitoring device!

Exceptionally well made little adapter for your project boards! Only one thing to note: Make sure that it will fit your breadboard before you order it!! (The older breadboard/project boards have different spacing for the + and - rails) This unit fits all of the project boards I have bought from Banggood so far.

I have had a few of these running 24/7 for a few months now, no failures barring a direct lightning strike that created merry hell and fried pretty much my entire household, but, we cant blame the poor little power supply board that died trying to protect its slave equipment for that, can we?

Nicely put together little screen... it is small, but if used in the correct application where limited data needs to be displayed, it is perfect. An excellent application for this is combining it with a Sonoff switch and Tasmota Software - Important information can be sent to the Sonoff and read directly at point of process - Very handy indeed!!

Neat little educational toy! The "pump" while submersible in operation, is not sealed to any great degree - This is a handy unit to teach a junior how a basic monitored irrigation system could work. Do not leave the pump immersed for any length of time in fresh water and certainly don't even remotely consider using it for any fluid that is even mildly conductive such as a saline...

Seems ok, hooked it up this morning on 500W worth of panels.... Only was getting around 300W boost from it though, although the sun was 90 degree on and the panels are top notch.... Methinks the conversion performance/efficiency is a little on the optimistic side.....

The 50A shunt comes with a mounting base, the 100A does not... Accuracy is reasonable, not lab quality, but usable as is for general solar and battery charging needs...
