Jusku Seems the problem causes for laser current adjustment. If adjustment is wrong the MODE of laserdiode goes wrong and beam brokes. In controller it is A small trimmerpotentiometer to adjust lasercurrent. First I did think more current more power, But no ! A little adjust backwards was the solution of problem. I don´t know why, but the adjustment did not decrease burning power, burns well and sharp.
