Q: Does this tank come with the complete gear assembly metal or just the drive gear?

BG381616231 my tank came with steel tank treads, steel gears, steel gearbox, steel torsion gear.

Q: can it be upgraded to shoot air soft?

BG381616231 it does shoot airsoft, 6mm plastic type BB's. and shoots as far as 25m.
