I love this keyboard. Switch from a 60% to this board. What I am missing from my 60% (a non Gamakay brand) is the macro and rgb editing software. Other boards from this brand have drivers/software for them, just not the K77. I know in one of the Q&As the vendor/manufacturer says it's coming, though with no date. I am hoping soon as I would like to create a custom colorway and maybe input some macros. Another downside for myself is that the bumpers on the underside, while of good quality, don’t make the keyboard the right angle for me. I had to add some extra bumpers to give it a bit more lift - though that is a preference not a flaw of the board’s. I did purchase the board with the Gateron Yellows. And yes, they are real Gaterons. I’ve lube mine and added switch film. (I’m a linear gal and like my boards near silent.) The stabs are bone dry. Like I think on one I found just a hint of grease on the wire, and just one side, everything else is dry. So you will need to lube them. They are a bit wobbly in the plate so I got some 3M clear stabilizer pads. Really helps reduce the wobble. I also like the light indicators for the numlock and capslock. Added foam from packing envelope to help with hollowness (in U.S.: Office Depot item# 729059.) I layer is ~3mm. Doesn't impact under/side glow. The caps that come with the board do have some rough edges but honestly that’s an easy fix with some fine grade sandpaper. They are actually nice. One last thing I notice is that there is a bit of discrepancy between the light function paper instructions that come with the board and what's listed on here, especially when it comes to the color mode of the side lights. The ones listed on here are swapped with the board brightness, the ones listed on the provided paper shortcuts in the box are correct. There are more light modes and functions listed here however, so it will be trial and error until you are used to the shortcuts. Would I recommend this board? Yes!

Q: What is the unit size of the pace bar? Also of the left shift key?

zapytał BG183336184 na 2022-06-03 11:33:40

MsFreddie It comes with two 6.25u space bars (one has "Mykonos" printed on it) and one 6u space bar. They are all the same color. The left shift key is a 2.25u show in stock photos. There are two smaller shift keys included with the extras. One is 1.75u and the other is 1.25u.

MsFreddie You could use the keycaps from the K60 but there won't be enough caps since there are 60 keys on that and 77 keys on this. I have use Tai-Hao keycaps on my K77. Beware that there are keycaps sets that don't always accommodate the smaller numpad.

MsFreddie Yes, there is not F1-F12. You have to push the FN at the bottom and then 1-10 to enable the function keys. This is not a 75% board or 100% board that would have dedicated function keys.

Q: How to change languages and How to use function key ?

zapytał BG242431617 na 2021-10-10 08:13:36

MsFreddie If you are able to, download their software. You may need look through the other question and answers to find it. The software was not able to work on my computer. For the Function Key look for the "FN" key, bottom row. Hold that down and at the same time press another key to enable its function. Both the FN and the other key must be pressed down at the same time.

Q: what driver does this keyboard use

zapytał BG173312441 na 2021-08-05 06:44:29

MsFreddie None. As of right now the is no driver. The company does say it's coming soon, but not ETA on when that will happen.

Q: Hi I am wondering if this is lubed already or not?

zapytał janenatasha na 2021-08-25 10:34:56

MsFreddie I purchased the this keyboard with the yellow switches. None of the yellow switches were lubed, and it is not listed in the description that are lubed. The stabilizers were not lubed either, except one side of the bar on the space bar stab. And even then it wasn't much. In short: no, there is no lube, customer must lube themselves.

Q: What size is the shift key on the right side of the keyboard?

zapytał BG354410183 na 2021-06-22 02:48:06

MsFreddie it's a 1.75u Shift. The layout is actually very similar to a 1800 keyboard layout, minus F1-F12 and more condensed numpad.
