Gerifield Not in my set, I also got it in a fully transparent plastic box, not the one on the picture.

Gerifield I'm not sure, but most of these cheaper recorders do not support protected HDMI.

Gerifield You can passthrough 4k on the HDMI (there's an input and an output), but the recording on the USB part will be downscaled to 1080p (but I guess it is 60 fps). So you can connect it between a 4k PC or console and 4k monitor and you can play on that monitor without delay in 4k AND you can record what you see on the monitor via the USB connection on a different pc or laptop or mobile phone in 1080p.

Gerifield You have both, as far as I know, the mic input will be mixed into the USB stream, but not sure about the HDMI out.

Gerifield I used it with my Oneplus 5T without any issues, it worked. (With and USB-C travel adapter.)

Gerifield No, the passthrough is 4k, but the record will always be (on the USB side) just 1080p.

Gerifield I had the same issue, the connection on the USB port is very poor and could be damaged easily. But if you have a smaller soldering iron it's a very easy fix.
