This is the second set of these axles I've purchased. They are going on my B1 WPL for a little mass and a lot of strength. They are going on with the metal earing spring set as well as the metal gear box 370 motor. I took the unscale looking wheels off my FY004a and put them on the Bi which I expect to now be a competent crawler. Nice materials and delivered to Canada in just two weeks. I'll keep on buying from these folks.

OK. I've had mine for over a week now. Here's my take on it. Is it perfect? No it's not. Is it close to perfect? Yes it is. Like most folks, I have a few issues with it but they are cosmetic and that's a good thing since that gives me something to tinker with. After all the quality details built in, why include some cheap twine to pass for the winch rope? I've included pics of my alternative. There is no master switch to disconnect the battery, just a switch that disconnects the drive motor. That's good for not having a bench runaway but it's a pain to get in to disconnect the battery before and after each run. I installed a master cut-off switch, pics included. Next is the manuals. They seem to try to cover all the models in one shot and that does not work. Example, I have seen my model on UTube sounding a horn by moving the right stick to the top. That doesn't work on mine and the manual is so poorly written (and/or) translated that I've found no help there. The transmission works fine now but was a bit sticky at first. Regardless, there is little difference between first and second gear in observable speed. A careful hand on the throttle is required for slow movement. Do I think this model was worth the $1047 Cdn delivered. Yes. BTW, the packaging was perfect. Model arrived with zero damage. I've been a customer of Banggood for years. This major purchase cements my confidence in them.

Q: is this almost identical to tamiya bruiser in terms of dimension and size?

scaledesign My understanding is that it is. I've not owned the Tamiya but I've read a lot of info that claims some or all of it is made from the same original molds. Facebook has a group for the clone that you can also check with.

This arrived in Canada from the US in good time. Packaging was perfect . Zero damage. Instructions are quite good with most of them provided by excellent drawings. You can build this stock and have a great trail truck or visit one of the many U tube channels to see how to modify it to your goals. Facebook has an excellent page for them as well. I am still building mine as there are a number of mods I am incorporating and that slows down the process while you think through each one. I'll be turning mine into a scale crawler and from what I've seen, I'll likely never be done modding it. That's the fun!

scaledesign Yes it does. Not huge but a 1 quarter to 3 8th of an inch lift.

scaledesign There are decals included but there is no "Toyota", only "Toyato". You will have to do some creative work to have the tailgate say Toyota. Not sure what you mean by "all the decals" though?

These are an incredible deal at the price and the quality. Great for throwing a switch, animating an item such as a driver's head and arms or a cannon on a boat. Fast delivery. They were shipped on the 25th Sept and received on the 5th Oct.
