I bought the 7in frame version as a test frame to test the electronics that will eventually go in a custom 7in frame I'm having made. Parts look well cut though they were not beveled so there are sharp edges, but they included a small rasp to smooth out the sharp edges if you want. I bought this because it had three spots for 20x20 stacks, which is what the frame I'm having made has. I'm not a fan of the height, so I replaced the 30mm standoffs with 20mm (which is what the UF3 comes with, which is the identical frame to this one but with shorter standoffs and no camera side plates. Why the UF3 costs $2 more is beyond me ). Three relatively minor issues: A) The parts were very dusty. A good cleaning before they are packaged would go a long way to make the build process better from the start. (look at Diatone, who cleans and seals their parts in vacuum sealed bags, which allow them to arrive pristine, this is how it should be done). B) The 3d printed camera mounts were not included in my parts bags. I may not have used them anyway, but they ARE pictured in all of the sample images. It does have CF camera mounting plates, but I can't use them since i lowered it AND I'm running a Caddx Turtle as the plates would mount the camera too far back. I will probably have to design a custom TPU camera mount/protection for this. Overall its a great value if you need a 7" frame that feels like it can take a bit of a beating. If you want a lower profile and don't already have bunches of standoffs, buy the UF3
