bluehell Did you read the manual? It won't start charging if cell is at least 4.15V to avoid thickle charge, so that could be a reason why it is not charging for you if you connect to an almost full battery. Discharge below 4.15 first.

From 20 boards only one is exactly 4.2V, few are 4.16-4.17V, and half are <4.15V so the batteries won't be fully charged. Fortunately only one is 4.21V so there is no risk of overcharging.
