This lamp is listed as having 6W but I just measured current at the rated 12V DC and got 140 mA. This means that this bulb only has 1.6V, or about 1/3 of what is claimed. Otherwise, nice warm light and I like the silicone housing, but at this low wattage it is not bright enough and I don't need to be able to dim that.
