XGecu TL866II Plus USB Programmer. I followed the instructions runnning the setup file as administrator, updating the firmware and refreshing the system . I tested with a hct 32 logic : very nice ! ; then I inserted the chip atmega328P (with bootloader) a- Select the chip from menu Atmega 328P b- Read Id > c- Read (R) See the screenshot ... Proper price , working good . I ignore how it to could be recognized by MPlab x

This little unit with it's software seems to outperform other programmers like the TOP2013. Seems to be better built than the later, certainly the dc dc converter is much better designed to develop high programming voltages from a 5V rail to program EPROMS.
