Nice breakout board. Unfortunately, as others already mentioned, the ESP8266 board is a LoLin board which from size is too wide. Therefore, it doesn't fit the board. You need to buy an additional ESP8266 in order to use it. Probably something like "ESP8266 Amica". Other than that, the board looks nice and both components make a good appearance. The price is fine.

Pendiente de reclamación, la placa NodeMCU no se corresponde con la mostrada en el articulo y no es compatible con las conexiones del shield de motor

This is an excellent pack to build small motorised robots. I added a car, leds motor enconders, lipo batteries and I programmed its ESP8266 with Arduino IDE controlling the minirobot through WiFi. The pack took only almost a week to deliver (takes 1.5 month normally). Excellent Seller!

appears to me to be a very good value for money: 1) the GOOD assembly quality is a result of full automated smd mounting 2) The combination of the expansion board ( L293d motor drived included) and the ESP-12E is a real bargain 3) The power of this product opens to hobbyst a great opportunity for various applications and experiences

The NodeMCU controller is a very clever little board and coupled with the motor drive circuit represents a nice little controller for the simpler robotic projects The controller itself is very capable and easy to program using the NodeLUA language or you can download Ardunio's IDE and add the ESP8266 to the targets allowing you to program this little gem how you wish

I was able to program it, and also to update the boot loader... and now it doesn't work :( It's not bricked, it has to be my IDE configuration, because, I've got another one that I didn't mess with, and it's got the same error. This is an excellent product, and if you can master it, well worth the time and money.

What to tell about a good product? That it's good? It's cheap? It does what it has to do? Well, if you want to drive two motors and a nice board to connect more, this is what you want. It is like it is: Doit_ESP_Car.

A great piece of kit for getting into prototyping as there are many online courses that start with building a remote car, and at the price there's no worry to leaving it connected up.

Excellent combination of wifi ESP 8266 and motor drive expention board. Tested with androit AP and works fine. ESP 8266 is already programmed for the wifi car.
