Packaging 2* is really simple cardboard box, gives a basic level of protection. Charger: 3* wery lightweight, but can do the job. Batteries : forget them 2*. What you can do to swap the noname cells to high drain (15-25 Amps continuous) quality 18650 cells (30Q, VTC5A or VTC6, etc) and the machine will last much long! Original noname cells drained it less than 30 minutes, Samsung 30Q cells pack drained for 50% in an hour high load use. Much difference! Machine : 4* good quality with metal gear housing. Inside the bearings are good, but greasing of element is poor, you need to add more grease for smooth running. Chain lubrication is also simple, continuous dripping, even when you are not using. You need to pour in at every start, and remove oil after you finished the job. Conclusion : if you have quality battery pack, it will work flowless, however certain attention needed for lubrication and greasing. Machine itself worth to buy.
