Battery box is extremely picky on what type of batteries you use, as the box design has too little tolerances internally, causing the box to expand when batteries are fitted. I've measure an expansion of 1-1,3mm when batteries are fitted compared to without. hence the lid will not fit and you are no able to close the box with batteries in it. Tried 4 different battery brands without finding anyone I can use so far.
