Perfect "core" for my idée fixe of detailing. I anticipate about a hundred of hours of enjoyment adding and painting interior walls and doors (functional) as well as glazing all windows. Additional time for interior lighting of different color temperature including residential type florescent fixtures. Each fixture has individual control. Easy to assemble. Perfect for Team Yankee and other 15mm war games that treat buildings as a type of terrain. With some modification floors could be made to separate for skirmish type games. Other similar buildings are available in 1/100 and other scales.
