Original unit was dead on arrival. Fortunately Banggood came through and offered to send a replacement. It test good on arrival. And they sent is promptly after confirming issue with a few pics and a video.

Using it for 7A LED lighting. Seems to have around 2-3 seconds startup time after power up. When powered down - voltage goes down and then once peaks back up (after about 1 second). I have solved these problems with a relay directly on the 12V line and a microcontroller for fading in/out. Gets slightly warm without load, so there is some efficiency lost. But otherwise a good product for the price. Completely sufficient for my use case.

Great power supply, works great with my 10m of 5050 RGB LEDs and doesn't make any noise when under load. Would recomend.
